have attached a certified check payable to the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside
Municipal Property Corporation in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the
purchase price.
6. I
offer the following changes to the Cash Purchase Agreement. Please, attach proposed written changes to
this Bid Form.
7. I
understand that the bids will be submitted to the Town Council and the
Municipal Property Corporation Board for their approval, and that their
approval is necessary prior to opening escrow.
8. Upon
notice of the acceptance of this Bid, in accordance with the Bid as accepted, I
will sign the Cash Purchase Agreement, I will open a joint escrow with the Town
of Pinetop-Lakeside Municipal Property Corporation at LandAmerica Transnation
Title Insurance Company, Pinetop-Lakeside office, and I will cooperate and work
with the Municipal Property Corporation and LandAmerica Transnation Title
Insurance Company to close this transaction on or before the Close of Escrow.
9. The
undersigned has the authority to make this bid and bind himself/herself or the
business entity to purchase the real property.
