Individuals planning to operate a business within the Town limits are required to obtain a business license.

Applications can be picked up at the Community Development Department located in the Town offices. The Town offices are located at 1360 N. Niels Hansen Lane in Lakeside.

For your convenience applications are available online in PDF format.Click on the following link to access the Business License Application. The application can be printed out and sent to the address below with the appropriate fee.

If a business is subject to a certificate of health or sanitary examination, a certificate or permit from the Navajo County Health Department is also required. Or, if a business is subject to other Federal, State, or local licensing, registration or permit requirements, the applicant shall produce such license, registration or permit.
