(MH-4)
Manufactured home neighborhood zoning district
- 10,000 square feet per dwelling unit. The principal
purpose of MH-4 is to provide a location for neighborhoods
that can accommodate manufactured home subdivisions
where minimum lots of not less than ten thousand
(10,000) square feet in area are suitable and
appropriate taking into consideration existing
conditions, including present use of land, present
lot sizes, future land use needs and the availability
of public utilities.

Manufactured home neighborhood zoning district
- 6,600 square feet per dwelling unit. Manufactured
home park zoning district. The principal purpose
of MH-6 is to provide a location for neighborhoods
that can accommodate manufactured home subdivisions
where minimum lots of not less than six thousand,
six hundred square feet in area are suitable and
appropriate taking into consideration existing
conditions, including present use of land, present
lot sizes, future land use needs and the availability
of public utilities.

Manufactured home park zoning district. The principal
purpose of this zoning district is to provide
seasonal or permanent housing where residence
is exclusively in manufactured home use, taking
into consideration existing conditions, including
present use of land, future land use needs, and
the availability of infrastructure.

(R-3) Multiple-family residential zoning district - 6,000 square feet per dwelling unit. The principal purpose of R-3 is to allow for high-density residential neighborhoods. Only Class A Manufactured homes with a minimum width of 24 feet and a minimum length of 40 feet, must have a 4/12 roof pitch, minimum of a 12 inch eave overhang per side, and a foundation wall, will be allowed in R-3.
