Criminal Investigation Division, (C.I.D.) consists
of two Detectives. The C.I.D. is responsible for the
follow up investigations of reported crimes and incidents
that are usually generated through the initial reporting
of a crime to a Uniformed Patrol Officer. Members
of the C.I.D. are on a 24 hour, seven-day call out
status for response to major crimes, homicide, robbery,
major burglaries, etc. The C.I.D. uses many current
crime scene protocols in the investigation and solving
of crimes, such as crime scene photography-both still
and video, latent print examination and collection,
forensic impression examination and collection, and
electronic surveillance. The C.I.D. has had a very
successful conviction rate on crimes ranging from
homicide, sexual assault, armed robberies, and drug
cases, to white-collar crimes. To find out more about

for officer and public safety for the community.

need to have multi-tasking capabilities dispatching

work less than 20 hours per week at $13.65 per hour
with possible fill in shifts. Part time Communication
