TOWN OF PINETOP-LAKESIDE

 

ORDINANCE NO. 06-274

 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINETOP-LAKESIDE ARIZONA, AMENDING TOWN CODE CHAPTER 1.08, POWER OF INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM.

 

WHEREAS, the Town wishes to amend the Pinetop-Lakeside Town Code Chapter 1.08, Power of Initiative and Referendum, by adding Section 1.08.050, Fees.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINETOP-LAKESIDE, ARIZONA, as follows:

 

Section 1:

      Town Code Section 1.08.050 is added, to read:

 

1.08.050    Fees.

      Each Argument submitted for inclusion in a publicity pamphlet shall be accompanied by a fee, in an amount established from time to time by Resolution, to offset proportional costs of printing.  This requirement shall not be waived on any account.

 

Section 4:

      This Ordinance will become effective on the 18th day of September 2006.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona, this 17th day of August 2006.
