TOWN OF PINETOP-LAKESIDE

ORDINANCE NO. 06-275

AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINETOP-LAKESIDE, ARIZONA, REPEALING TOWN CODE CHAPTER 12.12 “WOODLAND LAKE PARK” AND ADOPTING NEW CHAPTER 12.12 “TOWN PARKS,” TO GOVERN THE USE OF TOWN PARKS, BY REFERENCE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINETOP-LAKESIDE, ARIZONA, as follows:

1. Repeal. Town Code Chapter 12.12 “Woodland Lake Park” is hereby repealed.

2. Adoption. New Chapter 12.12 “Town Parks” is hereby adopted and made a part of the “Town Code”, three copies of which are on file with the Town Clerk of the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona, which document was made a public record by Resolution No. 06-858 of the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona; is hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this Ordinance.

3. Invalidity. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or portion of this Ordinance or any part of new Chapter 12.12 “Town Parks,” adopted herein by reference are for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof or the remainder of the Town Code.

4. Effective Date. The Effective Date of this Ordinance shall be the 9^th day of October 2006.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona, by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays, this 7^th day of September 2006.
